COVID-19 Family Impact Survey
We know your programs are working hard to support the needs of our community's most vulnerable children and families in this difficult time. To help programs respond to families' needs related to the COVID-19 crisis, we can offer a free on-line survey for your families to complete.
The survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete and asks about family needs and feedback on your program's response. The survey is written at the 4th grade reading level and is currently available in English and Spanish. Chinese, Hmong and Vietnamese surveys will be available shortly. There is also the option of using the survey more than once to track how families are doing throughout this crisis.
There is no charge for the first 50 Head Start or State Preschool Programs to use the survey. Depending on demand, we will do our best to provide this service free of charge to more programs. The survey will be provided as a $1,000 in-kind contribution from CCR Analytics. For programs that want enhanced reporting or who want to modify the survey, you can do so for a small charge. Our goal is to get you the information you need to better respond to the needs of your children and families.
