Our start of the year family survey (CCR SNIP) will give you the valuable information you need to support your most vulnerable children and families. Because you don’t yet have relationships with most your families, this survey gets at the needs and strengths of parents and families quickly and easily. The CCR Strengths, Needs and Interests Parent Survey (CCR SNIP) allows you to identify the needs, interests, and parent volunteer preferences all in one comprehensive parent survey. And you can customize to include your own questions too.
CCR Analytics offers a comprehensive, fee-based full-service survey solution. We pre-print the surveys and mail them to you and also set-up a web-based survey so parents can complete online or on paper. We scan the completed results and provide a fully interactive advanced analytics through Microsoft PowerBI. The survey is written at the 4th grade reading level and available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Hmong, Punjabi, Vietnamese and Arabic. The report package includes reports on every level of the organization, a bilingual PowerPoint and a narrative report. The CCR Strengths, Needs and Interests Parent Survey is aligned to the Head Start Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework and can be used as a standalone survey or in combination with the CCR Family Outcomes Survey.
