If you're frustrated with the quality of DRDP reports available to you, give us a call and find out how we can take your DRDP analysis to the next level. If you enter your DRDP data into a software, we take an export of this data. With your permission, we can export data from DRDPtech, Learning Genie, COPA, Child Plus, Noho, Promise and almost any other data management system. We also export demographic data from your management system on the children and families. This allows us to combine data from multiple softwares and integrate demographic data on the families not required by the DRDP.

DATA QUALITY REPORTS
Data Quality reports point to irregularities in the data, data outside of expected bounds, and areas of training of staff. Class and Site level reports highlight outcomes and data quality metrics that will improve the quality of your assessment process over-time.
Agency and program level reports highlight the overall results but also identify the program impact you are making on children. No other solution or software can answer the critical question: How Much Does Our Program Contribute to the Development of Children?
Since we're not a software, we can partner with you to answer the questions most relevant to your agency about the efficacy and impact of program options, coaching methods, attendance, and child and family demographics. We also provide extensive quality checks on the data, so you can identify the teachers who may be using the tool incorrectly. We can even upload your data to DRDPtech if it is stored in another software. how it works - this is not a software
Not a software - no IT support or training needed. This solution works with all variations of the desired results system, including Infant and Toddler (IT), Preschool (PS), School Age (SA), School Readiness (SR), and ACCESS.
Step 1: You send us an export of the DRDP data for your program and an export from your child management system of a specific list of variables know to impact child development. You data can come from multiple sources.
Step 2: You'll receive complete custom reports that teachers and administrators can use to make informed decisions -- not just a list of numbers.
